Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Das Principal, Vikash Residential College, Bhubaneshwar is an embodiment of motherly tenderness and compassion. Her laudable efforts has led to the profuse blossoming of inherent talent and confidence in each child thus widening the horizon of a student. Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi has conceived several educational concepts and innovations including teacher-training system on the best researches in education and psychology. An M.A B.Ed, Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Das has long 38 years of experience both as a teaching faculty and as Principal in Kendriya Vidyalayas in Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Odisha. She also has acted as Academic Advisor of reputed institutions bringing about innovative reforms in education.
