Vikash today has
been synonymous with an intellectual revolution. It has its humble
beginning at Bargarh in the year 2002–03 in the shape of Vikash
Residential School with 202 students . The very next year, in
2003–04 , Vikash Junior College was set off with 33 students only .
The Institution then grew its new branches gradually over the last
six years with six campuses at Bargarh, Barahaguda, Sundargarh,
Cement Nagar and Dunguri. With ISO Certification from BSI, UK it has
been imparting quality education of high standard to 3000 and more
