D.Murali Krishna, the Chairman of Vikash Group Educational institutions was born on 29th April 1971 in a small family in the village of Khandhata near Bargarh. He began his professional career being an employ in a private organization in 1991. Possessed with a strong believe and will-power in his enterprising ability he switched over to automobile business and his positive attitude coupled with enterprising ability made him the dealer of both Swaraj & Mahindra tractors and now he has the distinction of selling highest numbers of tractors in his respective areas. He along with his childhood friend G.Bhaskar Rao (Managing Director of VEI) established Vikash Educational Institutions in the year 2002. The entrepreneurship of D.Murali Krishna has resulted into the emergence of Vikash Educational Institutions.

 

In this journey as an entrepreneur Mr. D. Murali Krishna has been awarded with many awards and recognition. Some of the prestigious awards bestowed on him are Outstanding Youth Award by JCI in 2006, Outstanding JCI Award by JCI Zone-19 in 2008. Moreover he is awarded with Rastra Bhasha Sevak Samman by Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti, Chhatisgarh for painstaking contribution to popularize Hindi. In addition he has been nominated to the National Governing Body of JCI. Besides, he was a matter of discussion n the international Seminar on the title ‘INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MANAGEMENT CASES (ICMC) held in Gaziabad on 3rd December 2008. His case study was titled as ‘VEI- A SOCIAL ENTERPRENEURSHIP VENTURE OF D.MURALI KRISHNA’ and placed in the book named ‘Hand Book of Management Courses’. Eminent deligates and studies of different countries like the USA, the UK, France, Sweden, Pakistan, Thailand, Malyesia, Japan and the UAE were part of the seminar.

 

Despite his busy schedule Mr. D. Murali Krishna associates himself with many organizations working in the direction of social service. He is an active member of Lion’s International, Bargarh and JCI, Bargarh. He is also the Vice President of Koshal Andhra Cultural Association (KACA). Many programmes of social interest are going under his initiatives. This construction of an ultramodern Kalyan Mandap at Attabira, Bargarh is a true example of its kind.

G. Bhaskar Rao

Managing Director

 

Esteemed Sri .G.Bhaskar Rao, Managing Director of Vikash Group of Educational Institutions was born on 19th May 1973 in a farmer’s household of Barahguda, Bargarh. He started his professional career with the establishment of many self-employment units and later on handed over to his young relatives to provide them decent life styles. After the sad demise of his father in 1996, he took up the charge of family business and agricultural establishment. As on date he is a successful agro based personality, a strong administrator and a strict disciplinarian. His strong will power and innate objective of contributing to the educational development of the vicinity inspired him to associate himself with Mr.D.Murali Krishna, Chairman, Vikash Group of Institutions. The growth of Vikash in all aspects is the true reflection of his perfect managerial skill. Moreover, he is a great lover of Sports and Games. Under his ample guidance and direction the young budding student athletes of the institution have already bagged many gold, silver and bronze medals in District, State and National level athletic meets within nine years years of its establishment. Vikash provides all kinds facilities in indoor and outdoor games, is the main concern of Sri. G.Bhaskar Rao. He puts his all effort to bring glory in sports and games to the institutions. Under the leadership of him only the school organized the Cluster-II Volley Ball Tournament and Cluster-II Kho-Kho Tornament 2006 and 2009. He gives priority to the physical and moral development of the students and also feels to share a hand in providing international athletes from Vikash Group of Institutions for the nation to participate in Olympics and other high profile international meets.

 

Sri. G.Bhaskar Rao is also a part of many philanthropic organizations working for the social cause. He is an active member of Loin’s International, Bargarh and JCI, Bargarh. He was the president of JCI, Bargarh in 2010. He has already been nominated as the Zone Trainer by JCI. He has already imparted many training sessions to teachers, students and members of JCI. He has the honour of being the secretary of an Orphanage Ashram i.e Srikrishnananda Ashram at Gourtikra where at present 40 orphan boys are given all kind of free boarding, lodging, cloths and educational facilities. He owns this ashram and dreams to make it a unique ashram taking utmost care to the orphans, poor and needy.

 

D. Nageswar Rao

Born in the year of 1968 in a farmer family of nearby Khandata village he completed his graduation in commerce in the year 1988. He has completed his MBA Degree from the Sambalpur University.

He joined LIC India as a Development Officer in the year 1993 and got recognition as TOP Development Officer of the zone.

He participated in several conferences like ZTC Calcutta, CIFP Hyderabad In the year 2002 he along with his brothers started this school with only student strength of 200 and now it is 3000 in 2008.Being the eldest member of the management team, it is his enterprising brilliance and guidance which registered such a growth rate for Vikash. Only because of his academic administration the Vikashites are excelling in different competitive examination as well as getting top ranks in the State.  The expansion of business activity through diversification is his approach to success, that’s why his group is expanding the business through automobiles.

 

 

Valluri Srinivas

Academic Director

 

Sri.Valluri Srinivas, born on 29th July 1981 in a farmer family in Bargarh, completed his schooling from a Residential English Medium School and College in science stream. ‘Experience can never be purchased’- transforming himself into a hard working young man, he started his administrative career at a very young age of 21 being designated as the youngest Academic Director of any institution. His experience as a residential student during his schooling and a temperament that suits the best of the administrators helped him to instill quality administration in a residential set up of Vikash with a contemporary outlook. He has adopted a challenging task in his career. He played a great role in streamlining the administration of Vikash. He is a man of very less words believes more in Works than words. His strong technical frame of mind has made a way to technical development at Vikash.

Besides administration, he is bestowed with literary talent which led him to be the regular Editor of the Literary Magazine of JCI ‘Manthan’ and the annual souvenir of JCI, Zoncon-2008 Lamhe’. He has been felicitated with ‘Young Achiever Award’ by JCI, Bargarh in 2008. According to him ‘Victory belongs to those who persevere in the right direction. Proper planning, right and accurate implementation bring the real taste of successes’.Representing the young generation, he is the darling of the crowd. Most of the students and employees feel comfortable with him in sharing their problems and reaching to quick solutions. Apart from this, he is also instrumental in the foundation of JCI- Florina, the Women Chapter of JCI, Bargarh. He is popular for his organizing ability which has made it possible for Vikash in organizing many conferences. He is also blessed with a natural patience of consuming round the clock pressure.
