ADOPTION
Under the adoption programme
every teacher is assigned a group of students more as a parent
rather than a teacher. The teacher in charge assesses and
analyses student performance in the different angle from time to
time. The teacher sets the guidance for overall improvement of
the students. On account of the easy access to the adoption
teacher, the students can give vent to their grievances without
any hitch. It ensures healthy competition among the students of
same group.
The academic output is not merely, the combined effort of
teachers and students but parents also play a very crucial role
here. The parents are apprised of their wards performance and
progress, generated by special software program and are
intimated in due course. In order to heighten phenomenal changes
in students parents are being provided with a platform on 3rd
Sunday of every month to have a meet with all teacher to sort
out the shortcoming as felt by the students from time to time
